For FITTEAM FIT:  Simply mix one FITTEAM FIT stick with 6-10 oz. of water.

For FITTEAM FIT+: Simply take 2 FITTEAM FIT+ capsules.

For FITTEAM IMMUNE:  Simply mix two scoops of FITTEAM IMMUNE with 6-8 oz of water.

For FITTEAM HYDRATE: Simply mix one FITTEAM HYDRATE stick with 12-16 oz of water.

For FITTEAM LEAN: Simply mix one FITTEAM LEAN with 8-12 oz of milk, juice, or water. If preferred, add fruit and blend.

For FITTEAM GREENS: Combine one scoop of powder with 12-16 oz of water and drink once per day.

FITTEAM FIT contains less caffeine than a cup of coffee.

We recommend that our products be consumed within 4 years of the manufacturing date. The manufacturing date is located on the back of every product package.

FITTEAM suggests that you always consult your physician prior to taking our products.

The recommended age of consumption for FITTEAM FIT is 18 years old. All other FITTEAM products can be consumed at any age.

Shipping time varies by the destination location, but on average it takes about 5 – 7 business days.
